How do I make a booking?
First check the availability calender to see if your chosen week is free. Then call or email to provisionaly reserve your dates. lastly, download and fill out a booking form and send it to us with your deposit.
How much deposit has to be paid?
An initial deposit of 30% of the total balance is required to secure your booking, plus a £100 refundable security bond.
Can we book a short break?
Short breaks can be accommodated; however there is no price reduction available over the weekly high season rate quoted.
Is a cot available?
Yes, one of the seaview double rooms has is equipped with a cot and an additional pull out single bed.
Can I buy additional weekly parking permits?
These can be purchased from the Tourist Information Centre in Kingsbridge 01548 853195.
Are there laundry facilities?
There is a washing machine in the house for your use.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, we allow one well behaved dog at an additional charge of £15.00 per week, but we request that pets are kept off the furniture and are restricted to the ground floor only.
Can we smoke?
NO, Smoking is strictly forbidden - even on the decks outside.
Are bed sheets and towels provided?
All Linen is provided but towels are not.
